Chicken Parmesan Soup Recipe

Sooo gunna try something new! Or well not the recipe it’s not new 😂 but I am going to be puttin the recipe together for the Blog/Webpage... so bare with me ....

This might not actually go well at all & might be the only time I do this 🤣 plus my kiddos are bout to drive me bonkers for the night & I need some major COMFORT food! Follow along and see how it goes!!

Chicken Parmesan Soup 🥣

Ingredients:

Chicken of preference (I used frozen chicken tenders)

1 box Chicken Broth or Stock

1 Jar Marinara (Bertolli Vineyard Marinara

1 PC Greek Rub (or season of choice)

1 Cheese (I was lazy and used the Italian Style plus more Mozzarella Cheese)

Bread as Desired and Salad on the side! **i make homemade croutons with “steal” bread or the bread heels that would of just went to the Chickens 🐓... toss them in some olive oil and sprinkle with Season (I used Italian Seasoning) bake in oven on stone or toss in Microwave until golden brown and crunchy

Cook chicken in RockCrock or other PC stoneware for 5-10 mins depending on size and frozen etc - once cooked chop chicken into bite size pieces - mix in Chicken Broth & Marinara. Stir on Stove til warm. Add in Cheese blend and layer with Croutons (if ya like it more hearty) and top with cheese *** I broil mine for a nice toasted cheese top!!! Serve with side salads 🥰
